Terms of Service

Enrolment

A seat is held with a $100 refundable deposit. The balance is due before Week 1. By enrolling, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have authority to enrol their child.

Refunds

The deposit and any paid balance are fully refundable before Week 1, with no processing fee. After Week 1 begins, refunds are pro-rated for the remaining sessions if you withdraw, at the founder's discretion.

Conduct

The program is small, live, and respectful. Disruptive behaviour toward other participants may end participation without refund of completed sessions. We expect the same of ourselves.

What is built

The agent your child ships is theirs. We retain no commercial claim. We may, with explicit parental consent, share anonymised outcomes; never your child's name or likeness without consent.

Liability

VERiQ is an educational program. We do our best to teach judgement around AI, but we don't warrant any specific outcome. Liability is limited to the fees paid.
