About these terms

VERiQ is a program operated by Amphion Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 59 687 778 445). These terms are an agreement between you and Amphion Labs Pty Ltd, governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Enrolment

A seat is held with a $100 refundable deposit. The balance is due before the first session. By enrolling, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have authority to enrol their child.

Refunds

Your $100 deposit holds your seat and is fully refundable until the cohort is finalised, which happens 10 days before the first session. After the cohort is finalised, the deposit is non-refundable. We cover any card processing fee, so a refund returns your full $100.

The balance is collected after the cohort is finalised. If you withdraw before the first session, the balance is refunded in full. Once sessions begin, refunds reflect the sessions still to come, at our discretion.

Conduct

The program is small, live, and respectful. Disruptive behaviour toward other participants may end participation without refund of completed sessions. We hold ourselves to the same standard.

What your child builds

The agent your child ships is theirs. We keep no commercial claim over it. With your explicit consent we may share anonymised outcomes, but never your child's name or likeness without your say-so.

Liability

VERiQ is an educational program. We work hard to teach judgement around AI, but we don't promise any specific outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it's limited to the fees paid.
